Situated on Tarpon Island, Palm Beach, Florida’s only private island, this bright and airy Colonial-style home was designed to flow well, feel spacious and take in the beautiful water views that surround it.

Tarpon Island was built more than 80 years ago, originally for two homes. The completely man-made rectangular-shaped island is 400 feet by 200 feet. Today, the house at 10 Tarpon Isle, which was last asking $218 million, stands on 2 acres and has more than 21,000 square feet of interior space and 360-degree views of the water.

A large wooden door opens directly to a spacious great room with a neutral color palette. The open kitchen, which is also neutral-toned, has Calacatta stone, Wolf appliances and a panel-ready refrigerator.

The large home office—perfectly suited for a “master of the universe” type—is surrounded by windows (and water views), with French doors that take you outside whenever you feel like a change of scenery for your work call or meeting.

The primary bedroom has custom-made furniture that comes with the property and connects to a very large covered property. The primary bedroom suite has double bathrooms, both completely covered in marble, for the ultimate in luxury.
